If you are buying or building a new home, you should make arrangements to have the garage floor coated before you move in. Then you can unpack on a dust free and clean new surface. Plus, you never have to totally cavate your garage ever again.

Lifetime Epoxy Floor's Day-After-Closing Program Overview Our D-A-C or Day-after-Closing Program is extremely popular with new homeowners in the process of buying or building a new home. Our program allows to schedule your floor for the day after you close.

For example, you close on your home on a Friday. We then schedule the install on the next day, Saturday. (Yes, we do weekend jobs. That is the only way to accommodate the numbers of customers we have.) You then let the floor cure Sunday. You can then move in on Monday to a brand new, germ free, dust free, and clean garage. It makes moving in go so much smoother when you don't track dust into your new home.

What are the Steps to our D-A-C Program

Step 1 - Early during the construction, call us or contact us. We will need the new home's address and Lot #.

Step 2 - We will go by, measure and email the estimate as a PDF document to you.

Step 3 - If the price is OK with you, then you need to let us know as soon as you are given a closing date. At this time you send in your 30% deposit.

Step 4 - We schedule the floor on our calendar for the day after your closing.

Step 5 - We will meet with you two weeks prior to the install date to allow you to choose a color.

Step 6 - You close. (Note: If your closing date is moved, and most are at least once, we reschedule your install date.)

Step 7 - The next day we install your floor.

Step 8 - You write a check for the balance owed and give it to the install crew.

Step 9 - After 48 hours of curing, you floor is ready for you to move in.

If you are interested in our D-A-C program, call Nick Dixon, our owner, at 1-800-214-4311. He will get your information and start the process.
