Your Lifetime Warranty is Transferable Should You Sell Your Home![]() By Nick Dixon - Owner of Lifetime Epoxy Floors When I started this business in 2011, the competition said I was crazy to give a Lifetime Warranty. They said, "you will never stay in business". Well, we are doing just fine, over 10 years later, and we have out grown all of our competitors. And guess what, they all give Lifetime Warranties now. Lifetime Transferable Warranty About 6 years ago, we started giving the absolute best warranty that this industry has ever seen, a Lifetime Warranty that is transferable should you sell your home. Again, the competition said, "you are crazy, you will never stay in business"! No other company that I know of, gives a written warranty like ours. When you buy from us, you get a printed document that you place in your home papers. Should you ever sell, your realtor should know about this warranty. You will greatly benefit from it and receive penny-for-penny every cent your floor cost. Why is Our Lifetime Warranty Transferable? The logic and reasoning for me giving such a warranty is simple. First, I do not have any question about our ability to put a floor down that will never peel of release from the floor surface. Our quality is well known and respected. Second, I sell floors to homeowners of all ages. Lets say, I sell 3 garage floors to 3 generations in a family, one to the 72 year old father, then his 47 year old son and finally to the grandson that is 25 years old, and each gets a Lifetime Warranty. I do not consider the 3 purchases to be on a "level playing field", because of the vast differences in ages and life expectancy. I feel that we must do all three installs the same way. All three should last a lifetime, but the youngest is getting a much better deal for his money. So, I feel that every floor we do must be done perfect. It must be applied to last and never come up. So to make it fair, I allow you to transfer your warranty one time. This transfer ownership can be done thru a sale or inheritance. The warranty goes with the address. If you have any questions about this warranty, feel free to call me, Nick Dixon, the owner of Lifetime Epoxy Floors at 1-256-683-1955. I would love to answer any questions you might have.
