Lifetime Epoxy Floors - The Process of Buying and Having a Floor Installed

Remember, we repair cracks, coat stem or knee walls and we grind every square inch of every floor we do.

Here is the timeline of a purchase from us:

Step 1 - Get a free quote and consultation.

Step 2 - 30% Deposit is paid and you go on our install schedule. If you are a DAC or day after closing install, there is a chance it will be bumped because your closing is rescheduled. That’s not a problem. We deal with that often.

Step 3 - 3 Days before your scheduled install Trey, our GM, will call you to discuss weather, the assigned crew and crew chief and their ETA. Make sure the surface is totally dry when they arrive. There is no need to clean, sweep, or mop your floor. And definitely DO NOT power-wash the surface. 

Step 4 - Crew arrives on your install day. Crew chief answers any questions you might have. Should they leave to go to lunch, he will communicate with you.

Step 4a - Crew chief gives you the Customer Service Pack. Inside is your written lifetime warranty, floor care and maintenance sheet and your final invoice for the balance to be paid to the crew when they finish.

Step 5 - The crew finishes your job. The Crew Chief will notify you when they are done, he will collect the final payment and he will give you instructions on what to do and what not to do while the floor cures.

Step 6 - Let the floor cure 24 hours before you walk on it.

Step 7 - Wait at least 72 hours after the crew leaves before you drive, park or bring freezers and refrigerators and such back onto the surface.

After that you are good to go and enjoy your beautiful new floor for ever! It will be super easy to clean and the texture will be much safer when the surface is wet.
