Residential Garages
Floor coating materials warranty is as follows:
- Lifetime Warranty covers adhesion only, against peeling or delamination from the concrete.
- Warranty against staining from spills of automotive fluilds including, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline, and diesel that are promptly wiped up within 15 minutes for a period of 10 years.
- There is no warranty on crack repair. Cracks appearing in your substrate after the install can be repaired, but a fee is charged.
- Warranty covers repairs to the affected area only. Areas repaired under warranty many vary in color and texture from areas installed which are not repaired.
- Warranty is transferrable 1 time should you sell your home.

Outdoor Surfaces
Floor coating materials warranty is as follows:
- Surface Coating is warranted to the original purchaser for 2 years for peeling or delamination from the concrete. 95% of all problems with peeling and delamination occur within 1 year.
- Surface Coating is warrantied for 3 years against staining from spills of automotive fluids including, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline, and diesel that are promptly wiped up within 15 minutes.
- Outdoor surface warranties are not transferable.

Commercial/Industrial Buildings
Floor coating materials installed in commercial, industrial, or business use buildings, (up to 6,000 square feet) are warranted to the original consumer purchaser against the following conditions for a period of 3 years from the date of completion; peeling /delamination from the concrete; staining from incidental spills of oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline, and diesel that are promptly removed (wiped up within 15 minutes of a spill).
Warranty repairs do not constitute an extension of the original warranty period for the original installation or any specific component or part thereof.
Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not apply to, nor be responsible for, normal wear and tear, or any damage to floor coatings or other property caused by improper repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Lifetime Epoxy Floors, faulty maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, staining or peeling caused by cracking of the substrate, defective substrate, hydrostatic pressure or moisture vapor transmission levels greater than eight 8 lbs., battery acid, brake fluid or other industrial fluid, or as a result of any accident, casualty, or natural disasters.
